Methodology
Where prices come from
Each price is read from the vendor's own public pricing page, linked on every vendor page with the date we captured it. We don't use third-party estimates. Vendors with no public pricing aren't ranked.
How the current ranking works
We haven't run test calls yet, so the ranking uses price and published features only.
- Price (up to 70 points): entry-plan monthly price, scaled so the cheapest gets 70 and the most expensive 0.
- Features (up to 30 points): free plan +10, free trial +5, money-back guarantee +5, published overage or flat pricing +10 (so you know what happens when you go over), requires a separate paid phone seat −10.
The entry price alone doesn't tell you what you'll pay. Use the calculator for your call volume.
Coming next: test calls
We'll call each service with the same scripted scenarios for common industries (routine questions, booking and edge cases), record pickup time, answer accuracy, booking and transfer success, and publish recordings. Once those scores exist they'll carry most of the weight.
Price tracking
An automated check snapshots every pricing page daily. When a page changes, we review it by hand before publishing to price changes.
Money
